Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Pre-orders

Founding-member pre-orders ship from our first production run in Korea. The estimated ship date is shown on each product page and at checkout. Your card is charged only when your order ships, and you'll receive an email with tracking at that point.

If you order more than one pre-order product, we may ship them together when the last item is ready, or separately as each one is ready. Each item is charged when it ships.

If we can't ship by the estimated date, we'll email you before that date with a new estimate and the option to cancel for free.
