Refund policy

Founding-member pre-orders

Pre-order products show an estimated ship date on the product page and at checkout. Your card is saved when you place a pre-order and charged only when your order ships.

• Cancel any time before it ships. Email care@hellopufferfish.com with your order number and we'll cancel it. You won't be charged.
• If we're running late. If we can't ship by the estimated date, we'll email you before that date with a new estimate. You can keep your pre-order or cancel it, free of charge.
• Formula and packaging. Pre-order products are shown with concept packaging, and formulas are confirmed at launch. If anything material changes before we ship, we'll tell you first and you can cancel.

Returns after delivery

Because our products go on your skin or into your body, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email care@hellopufferfish.com to start a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, including shipping.

Reactions

If a product doesn't agree with your skin, stop using it and contact us at care@hellopufferfish.com. We'll work with you on a refund.
